Estate Charge

Every resident has an obligation to pay an estate charge for the cost of managing and maintaining the village. The charge is apportioned equally between all households on the site.

We will evaluate the charge annually and residents will be notified of the charge for the subsequent year in advance. The charges summary for this financial year can be found below.

Breakdown

There are five main costs within the estate charge:

•  Dedicated gardener
•  Insurance and Reserve Fund
•  Equipment
•  Repairs and maintenance
•  Health and safety inspections

The management fee covers costs incurred in managing the village. This fee is currently £300 and is reviewed annually.

We will review the services we provide over time as the Garden Village develops. Details of the services we provide can be found in “Your Garden Village” booklet.
