Estate Charge payments

Pobl sent out payment reminders at the start of June 2019 to residents relating to the estate charge for 2019/2020.

It would appear a number of payments have either not been received or have been allocated to different accounts. The finance department have a large number of transactions to post a day and without the relevant information it can be very difficult to post correctly.

If we send you a reminder and you have already made a payment we kindly request that you provide the following information. This will enable Pobl’s Finance department to investigate any queries you may have.

  • Date payment made
  • Amount paid
  • Account number paid into
  • Reference number used
  • How paid (allpay/bank transfer/DD etc)

Quite often it is the case that payments are made but bounced back.  In the first instance can you please check with your bank or building society . It is often that the money goes back in to your account a couple of days later and you may have missed it.

To prevent this happening, you can help by ensuring that your reference number is included in any bank transfer. The reference number will end in “/EC”, if you have lost your correspondence, please contact a member of the Home Ownership team and they will be able to provide a reminder.
