Parking safely & appropriately

Pobl Living have been made aware of residents using the public footpaths as parking spaces.

Please can all residents be mindful of where vehicles are parked as you may be blocking a public footpath for pedestrians to use and causing an obstruction to anyone using a wheelchair or pushchair.

As the road isn’t yet adopted Pobl Living cannot enforce any parking regulations but we must remind residents that as part of your transfer document you must use the car parking spaces that are allocated to you. We encourage all residents to communicate with one another regarding any parking issues that are happening on the estate.
