Parking at Loftus

Guidelines for parking in and around Loftus Garden Village.

Residents have highlighted to Pobl that they have encountered problems associated with cars and vehicles parking around Loftus.

In order to continue to enjoy the environment at Loftus we would ask all residents and visitors to please observe a few simple guidelines when parking their vehicles.

• Please do not block or park on the pavement.
• Please do not block the front gate.
• Please avoid parking large vehicles outside your property.
• Please do not park directly opposite on either side of the road reducing the gap for emergency vehicles
• Please note boats, caravans, mobile homes, lorries, derelict vehicles (except those not exceeding 3 tonnes gross laden weight or trade vehicles in the course of delivering goods to or supplying services to the property) should not be stored on the external areas of the property or any other area of Loftus.
