Life of a Loftus Pumpkin

From sowing the seed in pots at home to carving out what is supposed to be a scary face It’s been fun all the way. Pobl has instructed Lovells to commence final works to the grounds around Loftus to meet planning and highway regulations for the final adoption. Frances and her team are busy removing plants on the corners of Loftus  Avenue street beds to prevent any visibility splay concerns. These will be replaced with lower growing plants. Speed monitoring update at Loftus

Results of the speed awareness survey undertaken at Loftus have been provided by Streetwise. The key finding to emerge from the survey is that the speed of 95% of the vehicles travelling through the survey area were shown to be within the acceptable speed tolerance level of 20 mph. Pobl are aware that the Neighbourhood Watch has noted that there are still a few cars traveling at speed along Loftus Avenue and Loftus Square. Loftus Christmas Tree 2019 Pobl is currently considering providing a Christmas tree at Loftus near the lake in the Public Open Space area. Pobl has decided to undertake a short survey in order to assess the level of interest of residents in the project.
