About Loftus
The vision for Loftus was to create a unique environment for residents following the design principles of a garden city, where importance is given to nature and the provision of open space.
The Village has been planted with a mixture of attractive native and ornamental species to encourage wildlife, increase biodiversity and visually enhance the landscape.
We want you to take comfort from knowing the environment at Loftus will always be preserved as such, making it a special, vibrant and unique place to live.
We want Loftus Garden Village to remain a special place:
- That feels green and has a sense of openness
- That feels like a village in a town
- Where it’s great to walk around and children are free to play
- Where you can hear bird song
- Where the homes are high quality and look like traditional homes
- Where residents are encouraged to get involved
In order to protect this vision, every resident pays an estate charge to Pobl Living for managing and maintaining the Garden Village. We have a dedicated team, some of whom are based onsite, who are responsible for this.
