Traffic monitoring

Following concerns expressed by residents regarding traffic on and through Loftus Garden Village Pobl Living has taken the decision to pay Streetwise Services to carry out a monitoring exercise of traffic in three specific locations, namely:

• Loftus Crescent
• Loftus Avenue
• Loftus Lane

Traffic will be monitored week beginning September 30th for seven days. The findings will be used to inform decisions regarding potential traffic calming matters at Loftus Garden Village. Residents will be advised of any proposed changes and the outcome of the monitoring.

Please consider your neighbours when driving around Loftus and park with consideration.

Pebble Competition

Voting in the children’s pebble competition has now closed!

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to vote. Voting was close and a favourite identified. When we will also be able to congratulate the winners of the best lawn and best garden competition, as judged by Frances the Head Gardener.

Tea and biscuits will be provided.
