Summer update

As part of our regular estate checks, we wanted to share a few friendly reminders based on recent observations:

Parking: Please take care when parking around the estate to ensure driveways and junctions remain clear and accessible for everyone.

Respect for Shared Spaces: We love seeing residents and families enjoying the play parks and pond areas! Just a gentle reminder to keep noise levels down in the evenings, and please help us look after these lovely spaces by treating plants and equipment with care. We’ve had reports of some damage recently, including plants being removed and thrown into the pond.

Driveways & Front Gardens: We’ve noticed that some properties have household items being stored on driveways, and some front gardens have become overgrown. As a reminder, the covenants at Loftus request that gardens are kept tidy and waste is not stored in visible outdoor areas.

Front Garden Gates
Just a quick note regarding front garden gates – these are the responsibility of residents to maintain. If you’d like to replace your gate, we’re happy to approve a like-for-like design. Alternatively, you’re also welcome to remove the gate entirely if you prefer.
