Loftus Garden Village Phase 2 update

We would like to provide you with an recent update and a basic overview of where we currently are with the development of Loftus Phase 2.

The existing drainage that was running through the site has now been diverted and connected into Telford Street. As well as this, the mains foul drainage is nearing completion and connected into Telford Street. The foundations have started to the first 5 houses – these are plot numbers 7-11. Timber frame houses will start to be erected late September with Plot 7 being the first house to be erected.
