Estate charge, who to contact?

As the end of April is approaching we wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone that your estate charge payment for 21/22 must be paid by 30th April 2021.

There is still time to set up a direct debit with us and benefit from the £25 discount.

If payment is not received by 30th April and no contact has been made from you, we would then in the first instance instruct solicitors to recover the costs from you. The cost of the solicitors letter is £60 and you will also not be able to benefit from the £25 discount. To avoid this happening please make contact with us as soon as possible.

Your payment options are;

– Payment made in full by 28th April 2021.
– Payment made in two instalments, first instalment by 28th April 2021 and the second instalment by 1st September 2021.
– Spread the costs over 12 months by setting up a direct debit.
