Gardening update June 2021
The gardening team are busy cutting hedges around Loftus. We have had great whether with sun and rain which has meant that the hedges have grown a lot already.
We want to ensure that these are cut correctly, and this means that it take some time to get around the whole site. Clearing up the leaves and disposing of them takes as much time as the trimming of the hedge. This process will take a few weeks by the time we have gone around every house and car park.
Are you ready for your inspection?
In order to have a chance of winning £150 with the Loftus Lottery you will need to ensure that you have;
- Paid your estate charge
- Kept your garden neat and tidy
- Not breached any covenant
Residents meeting the conditions will be given special traffic light cards with a lottery number.
